(What's this?) This is a comfortable mattress that exceeded my expectations. Although the instructions (which were kind of skimpy, to be honest) recommended waiting 48 hours before unwrapping the bed (who has the space to do this?), we used it the night we opened it. There are no complaints. I sleep deeper and don't wake up as often with stiffness and discomfort.

I contacted customer service because I was unclear about the need for an additional mattress cover. The instructions state that you cannot remove the mattress cover because doing so will void the warranty. The cover is zippered, and I'm a clean freak, so I contacted the company via email to find out if they recommend buying an additional mattress cover to protect the mattress. I received an answer within 24 hours--they DO recommend an additional mattress cover.

All in all, I highly recommend the mattress and the company.
